Adrian is the managing director of Brands with Values whose patent pending platform Culture Decoder specialises in using Culture Diagnostics, in order to drive sales and commercial capability development. We work with organisation varying in size but our clients are global fast moving service based industries who want to reliably understand how to activate their employees with the right programmes, policies and procedures in order to drive a greater return on employee based investments. Typically, we are called in post-Merger & Acquisition, new CEO’s, Organisational Restructures, Scale -Ups, Innovation and Diversity & Inclusion.
Prior to Brands with Values, Adrian was responsible for Brand, Product & Social Media at Eurostar, and previously Brand Internalisation for Barclays. He’s first Job was at Ogilvy in Advertising. Throughout his career, Adrian has had a proven, results driven track record and winner of multiple awards.
Adrian is also a Co-founder of BAME2020, a social enterprise which focuses on encouraging more people from diverse ethnic backgrounds into the marketing, media and communications sector. He is also a primary school governor and a Freeman of the Haberdashers Company.
