Patrick joined Ageing Better in 2015 and works to bring about behaviour change within organisations to maximise the benefits of the ageing workforce. As a former member of the Government Social Research Unit, he commissioned and managed projects for the Department for Work and Pensions’ ageing society strategy, leading to the evidence base for the removal of the default retirement age. Patrick previously managed wide-scale recruitment and workforce programmes for the London 2012 Organising Committee.
